Meredith Gallivan
Meredith has a gift for observation and enjoys analyzing workplace experiences of varying generations to identify key areas of success and opportunity. As an Employee Experience Consultant, Meredith provides consultative and technical guidance and support to the ethOs team in the core areas of Organizational Engagement; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I); and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Community and connection is essential to Meredith. She serves on multiple boards and committees and is a frequent participant of the Des Moines Public Library reading challenge.
